Shades of September Meets Lavender Line Photography!

'September is the perfect blend of Summer's farewell and Autumn's embrace'

Goodbye September, Hello October! Chapter 9 of 2026 and with it the beautiful beginnings of autumn and all things cosy!

I have always found September to be a more productive month with getting back into routine and planning ahead for the last months of the year. It's funny how that September feeling never leaves you when for so many years it marked the start of a new year and setting routines!

Some favourite September moments in no particular order:

A month with dreamy sunsets, nature walks, iced salted caramel lattes, photography projects, photography prints and a little time-out reading along the way. All in all a quiet but productive month with many projects ticked off the to-do lists!

Shine Bright Like A Sea Diamond!

‘Here’s to the moments when you realise the simple things are wonderful and enough’ - Jill Badonsky ✨

What better than some vitamin sea to help cure that old imposter syndrome when it unexpectedly decides to kick in! I find that when those big moments of self-doubt and questioning hit that I’m drawn more than ever to the sea and the calming effects it has on me to rebalance myself.

The perfect touch of blue space in beautiful Donegal!

With all the beautiful sunshine that has been hitting the Emerald Isle recently I have found a new appreciation for the sea and the way in which the sunlight hits the waves creating little sea sparkles, or as someone on Instagram referred to them as sea diamonds, something that had never really captured my attention before until now!

Below are some sea diamonds found, a possible new addiction / photography series in the making! 💎
